The building is secure and has 24 hour security. The space is perfect for two adult travelers or couples. The building offers a gym and beautiful pool area along with a nice coffee shop in the lobby. The security out front will call you a taxi and excursions will pick you up from the building or next door at the fancy Shangri La Hotel.
Dylan was great at communicating quickly and arranged transportation for us from the airport upon arrival. I highly recommend this apartment!
It's essentially a highrise condo/apt building downtown. Someone mentioned it's the "nicest" such building in the city. It certainly seemed to be that as the pictures are spot-on accurate and it's next to a very nice hotel too.
It was just two of us staying there even though it had two bedrooms and a couch so could possibly sleep 5 but that would be pushing it. While the place was very nice, it was a little tight on space, but made very good use of that space. No complaints though as it was a great deal. Just a heads up to anyone trying to squeeze extra people in there and thinking it's bigger than it is.
The pool on the roof was very enjoyable and had great views of the city and surrounding mountains. Another nice touch was that Dylan offered a ride to or from the airport as well, for a fee of course. But it was definitely a fair price and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

The unit is brand new and is very nicely furnished.
The location is right by the big Night Bazaar, but about a 20-25 minute walk to the walled in city.
I recommend this unit when visiting Chiang Mai.
