If you want to stay where the action is, Nana is the place, this condo will do... and this unit is situated at the end of the soi, which makes it quiet but near Sukhumvit Road... The WIFI was strong, pool was mine, and small weight room was adequate... I had a nice stay here. Good price for the area. No issues. Host is kind and great communication. No problems with front desk or management. It's a breeze. I recommend it! And I was here at during the heart of covid. It's good.

Room is private and clean. 3 min walk to Family market or 7 min can walk to Villa Market (grocery where you can buy bred, cheese and vine)
Three have shuttle bus for 10 baht per person can send you to Terminal 21 shipping mall.
2-5 min walk also have few Indian restaurant, lucky sandwich13, Coffee club.
We not used BTS because taxi around the center just 80-130 baht.
Kitcheen have all equipment for cooking.
Near by (80 baht by taxi) have two beautiful parks Benjasirri and Benjakitty

Sukhumvit it is best location in Bangkok. Everything is near.

Really nice, modern, clean flat with amazing pool with nice view and small gym is also fine. Communication with owner is really quick. Flat is located in nice area, but to nearest MRT station you need to walk a little bit longer.

Beautiful, clean and perfectly located apartment. You can easily reach Nana station by walking or taking the free shuttle according to a dedicated time schedule. The apartment is well equipped and you will find everything you need. The free laundry machine is a big plus. Max responded very quickly to all our questions, thanks again for your help! We felt at home and would definitely come back again :)

A lovely apartment in the middle of Bangkok only 10 Minutes walk to NANA (Skytrain station) with 2 airs conditioners, fridge, kitchen, wasching machine. The bed is very comfortable and there are not noises from the street (wich is an advantage in a city with a lot of traffic) because the apartment is at the end of the street. But only in 5 minutes Walk there is a supermarkt and other Restaurants, cafés and Hotels. I was only 2 days there, so that I did not had time to enjoy the pool and the gym. Everything was very clean and Prae answer to all of my questions in minutes. It was difficult for the taxi driver to find it, thoug I had the adress written in Thai, but at the end he found the place.

Max was very thorough and sent detailed responses throughout our whole trip, which made it easy to get to the room and to check in. He was nice enough to give us coupons for the tuk tuk service that is on site. The pool on the roof is relaxing and offers some great views, however there is some construction going up which blocks what could be an even greater view. The room was spotless and Max left us waters in the fridge. This place is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple and the building itself is beautiful. The only downside I would say is the long dead end alley you need to walk through to get to all the shops and bars. It’s about a 10 minute walk if you aren’t taking a tuk tuk or local cab, also a little shady to walk through at night. That aside, the location is great as it’s very close to many shops, Sukhumvit Road, and Terminal 21 (incredible mall). Max himself was an excellent host
