- Place is huge and pretty comfortable even if a little old fashioned
- air conditioning works well in each room
- 1 bedroom is on Bilbao avenue so a little noisy but as the apartment is at the highest level, it doesn’t bother your sleep
- you can cook easily (we did each breakfast and some diner)
- location is good (between Hilton and Le Méridien) and there is a small supermarket around the corner, a pharmacy
- nice restaurant is at 10m by walk or 1 minute by car
- parking is with security
- WiFi works well (especially for Netflix and amazon prime)
Owner is pretty flexible. Two examples:
- We arrived late and the owner was ok the leave keys at security (24/7 in the building)
- we left boiling eggs and went outside and as we were already 30 minutes from the apartment. The landlord took care of it and we didn’t have to come back
Great experience. We booked it with our 2 kids of 5 and 9 years old and for the same price, we could booked a small room in a hotel. Better AirBnB.
