My stay in Loma Verde was amazing. If I am going back to Medellin again, that's the place I want to stay. Some of my friends were staying a block away in Energy building. The place is cool, but Loma Verde is smaller, more comfortable, very quiet with beautiful view of the mountains (I was on the 8th floor). Customer service is phenomenal. Extremely polite. They responded to all requests within minutes. There is always someone at the from desk. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality. They really make you feel like you're at home.
I would recommend staying at this place to anyone. There is still some work going on around the apartments as the tower and others are being completed, but I was expecting it and it was not too bad. The facilities - gym, pool, sauna all seemed to be in excellent working order and were available at any time.
My only slight observation would be that there should be some more hangers in the closet/wardrobe, and I am not sure why there were so many cushions/pillows in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) I had to store them away...but maybe that is just my personal preference! But they are really minor issues, everything else was excellent.
