Excellent hosts, responsive, fantastic location and everyone in chiangmai tells us this is the best set of luxury apartments which is pretty rare here. Close reach to the square/city, markets, Starbucks, shopping malls, so many cafes and restaurants, loads of massage places.. we got around with a motorbike but everything was around 10min drive. Would've rented it long term but it was all booked out! We inspected 5 other apartments and this was one of the best in terms of layout, amenities, cookery and price. Will definitely book again!

A second stay in under 2 years at the apartment and once again appreciated the cleanliness , interior design, Astra pool and the location.
Love the coffee shop in the foyer even with coffee shop competion close by.

Michael’s place is in a good location — within walking distance to local amenities, Ping river, Warorot Market, Iris Massage etc. He was clear with the check in instructions, and I was able to leave my luggage with security in the lobby after I checked out. I basically used the Grab app to go everywhere, but there’s also a bicycle rental service provided by the condo, and scooter rentals nearby. The apartment is very spacious, and had all the little amenities that made it feel like a home — soap, shampoo, cool water in the fridge, laundry detergent etc. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Michael's stylish little condo, which by the way is not very far from the airport. It is also conveniently located at walking distance from the lively Night Bazaar, which we frequented every evening. The condo seems to be quite new, and the place has been decorated like a boutique hotel room. Most details for getting around the building are right on the main door, and for help on getting around the city, there are several books, maps and guides in the TV console. And for anything else we could have needed, Michael was just a text away. The place for compact and suitable for me and my parents. And the building staff is also very friendly and helpful, we even hired a driver from the condo to go to Doi Suthep. There is even a small coffee shop in the building. All in all, a lovely place at a great location. Would definitely recommend to others and would want to come back to myself another time.

Staying at Michael's placed really raised the bar. Location was perfect. 15-20 minute walk to old city and every night the Night Bazaar was a few blocks away. Awesome rooftop condo, gym, and great staff in the building. The room was laid out just right. Separate Shower and Bathtub away from toilet. Comfortable bed and Futon in living room. Unit has a washer, NetFlix and Fast WIFI! The price point is really reasonable and Michael as a host is outstanding. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in Chiang Mai!

The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment looked just like the pictures, very comfortable bed and great wifi. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with hosts Michael & Asma was first class. Highly recommend.
